Dec 2004	Cowin Equipment Company, Inc., announces the following organizational appointments: Russ Huber has been named to the position of Vice President - General Manager, Georgia. Russ is responsible for all Sales, Rental, and Product Support activities for CEC's two Georgia branches, Atlanta and Albany. Rod Drake has been named to the position of Vice President - Used Equipment Manager. Rod is responsible for all used equipment operations within the company. Stephen Searcy has been named to the position of Vice President - General Manager of Product Support. Stephen is responsible for all Parts and Service operations overall for Cowin's 8 locations in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.

2/19/04	Jim Oyler wins the Bill Gibbs Salesman Award for Kawasaki Wheel loaders. Jim Oyler was honored recently as the fourth ever recipient of the Bill Gibbs Sales Award from Kawasaki Wheel loaders. This honors Jim for his lifetime achievements in the sales of wheel loaders with Kawasaki, and again, is one of only four all time recipients. Jim is a perennial Kawasaki MVP as well. Congratulations to Jim!
	CEC is pleased to announce our new distribution relationship with Indeco NA. Indeco is a manufacturer of construction tools and attachments, specifically hydraulic impact hammers, and pulverisors, etc. CEC will represent Indeco through out our territory: Alabama, Georgia, North West Florida and Coastal Mississippi.

1/1/04	We are pleased to announce the following changes in our offices: Aaron Honaker has transferred from a Sales position in our Albany GA store to a Sales position in our Montgomery AL store. Aaron and CEC are both excited about his new opportunity. Jay Rousey has taken the position of Sales Representative in our Huntsville/Decatur AL store. Jay has filled the position of Rental Manager prior to his new position. Mike May has joined CEC as a Sales Representative in our Atlanta GA store. Mike is bringing with him over 25 years of experience in this industry where he started his career in Michigan before moving to Georgia. Andrew Bell has joined CEC as Rental Manager in our Atlanta GA store. Andrew is an Atlanta native and we'd like to welcome him to CEC. John Knarr has joined CEC as North/Central Alabama Product Support Marketing Manager. John Knarr's territory will include Montgomery, Birmingham, Oxford and Huntsville locations.
